Towards a Compassionate Nation (TACN) offers an open platform to help Beijing’s homeless cats and dogs find permanent loving homes. Under the “Adopt, Don’t Shop” slogan, TACN encourages people to consider picking from thousands of animals already in need, instead of buying a “new” pet.
