The Beijing Mindfulness Centre (BMC) is a secular wellness center for the body and soul. Located in a hutong, BMC offers a weekly schedule of classes and workshops ranging from meditation to yoga and mindful eating.

Learn to better understand yourself, and help others better understand themselves. As a member of the mindfulness community, you can help your peers achieve mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well being. (But please leave the coaching to professionally certified coaches.)
The Beijing Mindfulness Centre (BMC) offers classes, workshops, and camps open to the public. Each session explores a specific area of mindfulness education, to help members cultivate self-awareness, curiosity, positivity and compassion.
BMC keeps each session attendance low — from 5 to 15 people per session — in order to maintain an intimate atmosphere. Classes usually cost 100 to 150 RMB for one session, but on special occasion BMC offers free sessions — online or at in-person events around Beijing.
